- Follow up with all Project Managers to ensure effective project execution.
- Collect and analyze reports from Project Managers, and report to the Projects Manager.
- Monitor all phases of projects to ensure smooth operations and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Prepare Detailed Baseline Program for I.D. Works including MEP Scope.
- Prepare Narrative of Baseline Program, Program with Resource Loading, Cost Loading, Cash Flow, Manpower Histogram, S Curve.
- Prepare Weekly Progress Reports including Dashboard and Monthly Progress Report.
- Prepare Delay Analysis and Extension of Time.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia
- Locally available in Saudi Arabia
- Ready to join immediately

Main Responsibilities
- Follow up with all Project Managers to ensure effective project execution.
- Collect and analyze reports from Project Managers, and report to the Projects Manager.
- Monitor all phases of projects, with the help of Project Managers, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to agreed timelines until completion certificates are issued.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's outcome based service delivery plans, including oversight of strategic and operational plans.
- Facilitate discussions on goals and measures to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Implement systems and processes to collect and analyze data, trends, and other relevant information impacting organizational outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and report progress and outcomes achieved for funds, clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify potential planning or evaluation projects requiring specific attention.
- Coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of all projects.
- Participate as a member of the management team in strategic planning and goal setting processes.
- Manage risks associated with each project.
- Provide support during the proposal development phase when required.
