Planning and Scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for multiple interior fit-out and joinery projects simultaneously.
- Prepare baseline programs, detailed execution schedules, look-ahead schedules, recovery programs, and revised schedules.
- Monitor actual progress against approved baseline programs and identify delays, slippages, and schedule deviations.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate progress updates from multiple project sites and project teams.
Reporting and Controls
- Maintain a consolidated project dashboard showing progress, status, delays, critical activities, and expected completion dates for multiple projects.
- Track milestones including design approvals, shop drawings, material submittals, procurement, site execution, inspections, snagging, and handover.
- Monitor shop drawing, technical submission, material approval, and procurement timelines and highlight potential delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, KPIs, S-curves, progress charts, and management reports.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify activities that may impact project completion.
- Carry out delay analysis and prepare practical recovery plans with project managers and site teams.
- Monitor project completion forecasts and provide early warnings about potential schedule slippages.
- Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams on long-lead materials, procurement activities, and commercial milestones.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, project engineers, site teams, design, procurement, commercial, QA/QC, and other departments to develop accurate project schedules.
