About the Role
EMIRATES STAR BUILDING CONTRACTING L.L.C in Dubai is hiring a Planning Engineer to prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update baseline programs using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Monitor project progress against approved schedule and identify potential delays or risks
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather progress data
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including S curves, manpower histograms, and resource utilization charts
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims when required
- Track and update project milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables
- Monitor material submittals, procurement schedules, and delivery programs
- Prepare recovery schedules in case of slippage or delays
- Assist in cost and resource loading of schedules and verify alignment with project budgets
- Support in planning and scheduling of subcontractor works and evaluating their progress
- Attend project progress meetings with client, consultant, and internal team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract conditions, and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in construction planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
