2p2c Project Management Consultants is looking for a Civil Engineer competent as a Planning Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry. The role involves preparing project baselines using Primavera P6, resource loading, cost breakdown, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of Professional Project Baselines using Primavera P6, including WBS, activity descriptions, durations, logical relationships, constraints, calendars, and activity codes
- Calculation of required resources for each trade using standard productivity norms, and resource assignment and loading using preset Resource ID codes
- Producing a cost breakdown in collaboration with the project team to map amounts in the Bill of Quantities into each activity in the baseline programme
- Producing time scaled resource tables and histograms to demonstrate the amount and type of resources required each month
- Producing cash flow and progress S curves reflecting planned progress, including early and late curves for monthly progress reports

Role Description
- 2p2c Project Management Consultants is looking for a Civil Engineer competent as a Planning Engineer with 2 4 Years of Experience as a Planning Engineer in the Construction Industry.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Professional Project Baselines using Primavera P6, including setting the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity descriptions and durations, logical relationships and constraints, calendars and activity codes all in accordance to the drawings and Bill of Quantities.
- Calculation of the required resources for each trade using standard productivity norms, and resource assignment and loading using preset Resource ID codes (Resource Pool).
- Producing a cost breakdown in collaboration with the project team in order to map the amounts in the Bill of Quantities into each activity in the baseline programme. Cost loading using dummy resource or as expenses.
- Producing time scaled resource tables and histograms to demonstrate the amount and type of resources required each month.
- Producing cash flow and progress S curves reflecting the planned progress required to be achieved each month. This includes early and late curves that can be updated and presented as part of the monthly progress report.
