We are seeking a skilled
Planning Engineer
- to join our team and support the successful delivery of complex MEP and Civil construction projects.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain detailed
- baseline schedules
- and
Work Breakdown Structures (Wbs)
- Monitor and update project progress using
Primavera P6
- Prepare accurate
- progress reports
- and dashboards for internal and client use
- Analyze
- schedule variances
- , delays, and productivity trends
- Plan and track
- resources
- (manpower, materials, and equipment)
- Monitor
- material procurement and delivery timelines
- Identify potential risks and delays, and recommend
- mitigation and recovery strategies
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Civil Engineering
or
Construction Management
- **3–6 years’ experience**
- with a
Main Contractor
- on mid/high-rise projects in the UAE
- Strong proficiency in
Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
, with working knowledge of
Ms Project & Excel
- Solid understanding of
CPM, WBS
- , and construction planning methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Confident
- client-facing
- professional with strong presentation skills
