Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline, recovery, and detailed look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor progress and update actuals, remaining durations, and forecast dates in Primavera P6.
- Track critical path, float, milestones, schedule slippages, and potential delays.
- Maintain WBS, activities, relationships, calendars, and resource loading in Primavera P6.
- Generate S-curves, progress reports, variance analysis, and schedule performance reports.
- Conduct schedule impact analysis and support mitigation and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data and ensure timely, accurate updates.
- Maintain schedule integrity and align schedules with project milestones and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
- The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates should have experience using Primavera P6 for detailed project scheduling and schedule updates.
- Candidates should be able to prepare baseline, recovery, and look-ahead schedules and analyze critical paths and delays.
