Job Summary
The Planning Engineer supports planning, scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and reporting for airport construction and fit-out projects.
The role works with project managers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to monitor progress and address delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of airport projects.
- Prepare and maintain schedules, baseline programmes, lookahead programmes, and progress trackers.
- Monitor planned versus actual progress, critical activities, milestones, interfaces, and schedule risks.
- Coordinate progress updates and follow up with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, presentations, executive summaries, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
- Assist with recovery programmes and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
- Coordinate document tracking, submissions, approvals, project meetings, presentations, and action follow-up.
- Provide schedule and progress updates to the Project Manager and management team.
