Lazourdy Contracting is seeking a Civil Planning Engineer to work in its contracting business in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires a civil engineering background and experience handling project planning tasks related to civil engineering.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with five to twelve years of experience in the UAE.
At least five years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
Knowledge of cost control is an advantage.

Develop and maintain detailed project baseline programmes with work breakdown structures, activities, and milestones.
Create and update schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with S-curves, Gantt charts, and other visual aids.
Conduct project team meetings to review progress and address scheduling issues.
Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and identify delays or deviations.
Ensure schedules align with the project execution strategy and contain achievable milestones.
