About the Role
Astute Project Management Consulting seeks a Planning Engineer for a senior role in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will prepare and manage detailed baseline programmes using Primavera P6, perform critical path analysis, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities
- Prepare cost and resource loaded detailed baseline programme using Primavera P6
- Prepare histograms and S Curves for manpower, equipment, quantity and cashflow
- Update and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather project requirements and align schedules
- Perform critical path analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
- Regularly update and communicate project status reports to stakeholders
- Prepare weekly progress presentation covering engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, authority approval status, risks and areas of concern
- Attend and manage weekly and monthly meetings with Engineer / Employer
Requirements
- Experience in preparing cost and resource loaded detailed baseline programmes using Primavera P6
- Ability to perform critical path analysis and recommend solutions
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
