About the Role
Aati Contracts seeks a Planning Coordinator to prepare production work programs and monitor progress in a fit-out/joinery environment. Requires min 4 years project/production planning experience, a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, and proficiency in MS Excel/MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the Production work programs specifying time required to complete each process such as material procurement, mobilization, manpower requirement etc.
- Coordinate with QA Team, Dispatch team to ensure project coordination of various elements of work.
- Monitor closely each process of the Production in co ordination with the Production Manager/ Asst. Production Manager to ensure that the plan is being followed properly and the work is proceeding as per the program.
- Prepare reports on progress and causes of program/ progress variations.
- Attend production progress meetings, prepare and submit report to management as required. Also review weekly progress report for all the projects based on site visit and production progress review.
- Prepare production progress report for the perusal of the management highlighting the achievement against program and in case of a delay investigate the cause and suggest corrective action to redeem the situation.
- Co ordination with internal departments to manage timely submissions and material lead times ensuring smooth project progress.
- Tracking of long lead materials both from purchase department and subcontractors.
- Prepare monthly progress / variation invoices.
- Prepare labor monitoring reports for Production department on budget vs actual for each project and to report deviation on labor cost.
Requirements
- Min 4 years Project/Production planning experience in fit out/ joinery
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/ MS Projects is essential
- MS Project or Primavera or MS Excel
- Good knowledge of Construction business gained through formal training or minimum 2 4 years of experience in construction, experience in Joinery preferred
- Good knowledge of construction / Joinery processes
- Attention to detail and concern for time

Skills and Experience
- Min 4 years Project/Production planning experience in fit out/ joinery
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with Good working knowledge of MS Excel/ MS Projects is essential
