Role Overview
Planning & Billing Engineer responsible for construction planning, project progress monitoring, quantity verification, billing, estimation, and project records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and work plans.
- Monitor daily and weekly progress against planned targets.
- Prepare RA, client, work, and subcontractor bills.
- Verify quantities, measurements, BOQ, and work completion at site.
- Prepare rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and track materials, manpower, and productivity.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain measurement, billing, and project documentation.
- Identify delays and support timely project completion.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of BOQ, billing, quantity surveying, and estimation.
- Knowledge of construction planning and scheduling.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Advantageous Skills
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
