Key Responsibilities
- Verify and cross-check contractor bills submitted from all project sites.
- Maintain measurement books and billing records.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and billing statements.
- Prepare work orders and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with site engineers, purchasing, and accounts teams for clarifications and corrections.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and GST or taxation norms.
- Raise discrepancies and recommend corrections proactively.
- Support project audits and financial reporting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 3–4 years of experience in construction billing and estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage data from multiple project sites simultaneously.
- Ten years of total work experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
