BLUvera, Mortenson’s vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication business, is seeking an experienced Planning and Scheduling Manager to help drive the planning, execution, and growth of a rapidly evolving manufacturing operation.
This role will be responsible for developing and leading sophisticated planning and scheduling strategies across complex projects and new product initiatives, helping ensure BLUvera can deliver innovative products efficiently, predictably, and at scale.
The Planning and Scheduling Manager will partner closely with operations, manufacturing, engineering, project management, and leadership teams to translate business and project objectives into executable schedules.
This includes developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, identifying critical path and resource constraints, forecasting risks, and proactively driving solutions to keep projects and production on track.

The base pay range for this role is $116,900 - $175,400. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
