As part of the Training team, you will contribute to the activation of the River Class Training Centre and the deployment of a world-class training capabilities supporting advanced naval combat and platform technologies.
Through effective planning, coordination, and readiness management, you will help ensure training systems, facilities, personnel, and resources are prepared to deliver scalable, mission-ready training solutions.
The Planning & Readiness Coordinator plays a central role in supporting integrated planning, readiness management, governance, and reporting activities. Acting as a key coordination point across Training, PMO, Facilities, Quality, external contractors, and other stakeholders, you will maintain readiness plans, track dependencies and milestones, support decision-making, and provide leaders with the information needed to assess progress, manage risks, and achieve activation objectives.
