Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic and operational planning initiatives across departments.
- Develop planning reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking metrics.
- Conduct data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of planning objectives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and management updates for leadership review.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and planning deliverables.
- Assist in policy, process improvement, and governance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government regulations.
- Support planning workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting records.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Planning, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Analyst, Planning Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, project planning, or performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of planning tools, reporting systems, and dashboards is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
