Overview

We are pleased to announce a senior leadership opportunity for a Placement Investment Director as part of our strategic growth plans to expand our investor base and investment footprint across the GCC region.

We are seeking a highly accomplished professional with a proven track record in capital raising, strong investor relationships, and deep experience within GCC markets.

Role Overview

This role will lead and drive capital raising initiatives while developing strategic investment partnerships, with a focus on real estate, investment funds, and development projects, directly contributing to the company’s long-term growth and capital expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute capital raising strategies across GCC markets
  • Originate and manage relationships with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
  • Structure, position, and market investment opportunities, private placements, and funds
  • Own and manage the full fundraising lifecycle from origination through to closing
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on deal structuring and execution
  • Represent the company in investor meetings, roadshows, and industry forums
  • Monitor market dynamics and proactively identify new investment opportunities

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or capital raising
  • Demonstrated track record in successfully raising capital
  • Strong and proven GCC market experience
  • Well established network of investors and financial institutions
  • Experience across real estate, investment funds, or development platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven ability to structure and close complex transactions
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced financial analysis and deal structuring capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-performance, results-driven environment
