- Prepare and cook pizzas and oven baked dishes according to company recipes and standards
- Manage the Pizza & Oven section during service
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Commis in a Pizza/Oven section
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques
- Experience working with deck ovens, stone ovens, or commercial pizza ovens
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team and take responsibility for the Pizza & Oven Section.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing pizzas, managing oven operations, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
