Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Pizza Cook role based in the Riyadh Region.
The role focuses on preparing high-quality pizzas in line with Obikà standards and recipes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough and assemble pizzas with appropriate toppings.
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures for each order.
- Ensure proper food storage and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for timely service.
- Respond to special requests and support kitchen operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills focused on pizza and Italian cuisine.
- Experience in food and beverage environments with adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the restaurant team.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Prior experience as a pizza cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Italian ingredients, oven operation, and basic kitchen equipment maintenance is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
