Responsibilities
- Make/prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation
- Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
- Manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life
- Document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
- Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including Opens and Closes
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Effective communication with team members and customers
- Proficient in following and executing recipes, timing and delegation
- Knowledge of safe food handling, food storage and sanitation
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record (for delivery)
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery

- Standing for most tasks
- Walking for short distances
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Carrying items up to 30 pounds
- Pushing and pulling trays on dollies
- Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently
- Stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching
- Driving for deliveries
Driving Specific Job Duties
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
- Requires valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery
