- Conduct rigorous visual inspections of pipeline welds and materials, documenting deviations from specified standards
- Perform non destructive testing (NDT) such as radiography (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and magnetic particle testing (MT) to ensure weld integrity
- Interpret radiographic films and digital images, identifying discontinuities and assessing severity against acceptance criteria
- Verify compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and relevant industry codes (e.g., API, ASME, AWS) throughout construction
Requirements
- Experience in pipeline quality control and inspection
- Proficiency in NDT methods (RT, UT, MT)
- Knowledge of industry codes (API, ASME, AWS)
- Ability to interpret radiographic films and digital images
