- Review and track procurement related documents (MRs, TBEs, specs)
- Participate in technical tender document review and bid evaluation
- Attend weekly meetings and communicate with subcontractors and vendors

- Senior engineering experience in piping discipline
- Experience in cost, quality, and progress control
- Knowledge of FEED design and change management
- Experience with procurement technical support (MRs, TBEs, specs)
- Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors

Job Summary
- As a senior engineer, responsible for control discipline cost, quality, and engineering progress, and support procurement activities.
Cost Controlling
- Provide optimization suggestions for project cost saving.
- Review and assess changes compared to FEED design.
- Control change orders from subcontractors and vendors.
Quality Controlling
- Review engineering subcontractor deliverables to ensure quality meets standards.
- Control post AFC changes to avoid unnecessary impact on fabrication and procurement.
Discipline Progress Tracking and Controlling
- Track discipline progress and control negative variance below 3%.
- Work with engineering subcontractor, vendor, and QatarEnergy to resolve bottlenecks.
Procurement Technical Support
- Review and track status of MRs, TBEs, Specs, and Data sheets.
- Participate in technical tender document review and bid evaluation.
- Review vendor documents and participate in equipment FAT.
Discipline Management
- Participate in weekly meetings and discussions.
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors regularly.
- Manage discipline interfaces with other disciplines, third parties, vendors.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and regulations.
- Support environmental and emissions management initiatives.
- Participate in audits and regulatory reviews.
Reporting Relationships
- Reports to Department manager, Piping discipline head, and PMT.
- Interfaces with Client, Subcontractor counterpart, Third party, Vendor.
