• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and develop technical teams in complex project environments. • Anticipates issues, develops practical solutions, makes sound decisions, and drives timely closure. • Influences stakeholders and builds alignment across engineering, project management, construction, and client teams.
• Preferred Qualifications • Experience leading large-diameter transmission pipeline projects exceeding 100 km. • Experience with CO2, hydrogen, renewable fuels, or other energy transition infrastructure. • International project experience and previous service as a Discipline Lead, Area Lead, Project Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• Success Profile • Leads people effectively while maintaining strong technical credibility and accountability. • Anticipates and resolves issues before they affect safety, quality, cost, schedule, or project performance. • Builds client confidence through professionalism, responsiveness, and sound engineering judgment.
• Travel: Periodic travel to client locations, project sites, and international execution centers may be required.

• The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
