Pipeline Engineer

A Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum 5 years of pipeline engineering experience.

Minimum 3 years of recent EPCM experience focused on pipeline engineering.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience executing underground pipeline projects ranging from NPS 3 to NPS 42.

Experience participating in multidisciplinary engineering teams, including global workshare environments.

Expert-level knowledge of CSA Z662.

Experience designing pipeline systems in accordance with: CSA Z662. ASME B31.4. ASME B31.8. AS 2885.

Demonstrated experience performing pipeline design calculations including: Wall thickness. Crossings. Bends. Surface loading. Branch connections.

Working knowledge of: API 5L. CSA Z245.1. Pipeline metallurgy and materials selection. Welding procedures and qualification requirements. NDE methodologies.
