Pipelayers for Fessler & Bowman will perform a variety of tasks that assist in the completion of projects.

· 2+ years of experience with installation of either waterline, storm sewer and/or sanitary sewer.
· Knowledge of elevations, reading and interpreting utility plans.
· Understanding trench safety.
· Experience setting up and using pipe lasers, sight transits and/or roto lasers as well as other required tools needed for the specific work being performed.
· Knowledge of testing procedures for all types of utilities.
· Working in deep excavations at times as well as occasional harsh weather conditions.
· Ability to look and plan ahead to maintain constant production of crew.
· Must be able to understand English.
· Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Travel may be required for this position as the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites.
F&B will compensate a per diem for travel and overnight stay if applicable.
As a pipelayer, you will be subject to various work environments.
Environments include but are not limited to the following: high/low temperatures, areas close to traffic, loud and frequent noises, confined spaces, heights, and indoor/outdoor settings.
