Your day starts early in Sanford with a quick check-in on the plan and jobsite conditions. You’ll spend most of the shift outdoors alongside a utility crew, moving between trench areas as the work progresses. Expect a steady rhythm of measuring grade, confirming line and elevation, and coordinating timing with equipment operators so materials and pipe sections arrive when needed. You’ll pause frequently to verify clearances around existing utilities and to keep the work zone set up for safe access. As conditions change—soil, weather, or site constraints—you’ll adjust the approach with the crew so the installation stays on track. By day’s end, you’ll help tidy the work area, account for tools, and set the next day up for a smooth start.
