Team Overview: Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA)

The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate Finance and is responsible for execution and delivery of the firm’s regulatory reporting requirements to U.S. regulators. The team has end-to-end responsibility for U.S. regulatory reporting and capital stress testing, including the design, implementation, and oversight of execution, analysis, control, and governance frameworks.

FRRA’s mandate includes determining appropriate investment in people, processes, and technology to improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the firm’s U.S. regulatory reporting and capital stress testing submissions, as well as implementing new requirements and guidelines as they are published.

As the Vice President of Pillar 3 Regulatory Capital Disclosures and RWA Reporting & Analysis within FRRA, you will lead reporting for the Pillar 3 disclosure framework and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Pillar 3 reporting function, ensuring compliance with Basel III requirements and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of the Pillar 3 report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and SEC reporting teams to gather data and produce Pillar 3 disclosures.
  • Lead the certification process and senior management meetings; present the report and a summary of key items and quarter-over-quarter changes.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pillar 3 reporting process.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory reporting control and governance framework.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of reporting professionals based in India.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting, risk management, SEC reporting, or a related field, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Basel III requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA).
  • Familiarity with Workiva Wdesk (Wdesk).
  • Strong experience with SEC 10-K and 10-Q reporting.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Capital and RWA; U.S. GAAP knowledge is an advantage.
