Healthtrax knows that we are only as good as our people. We would not be who we are today without those who give their very best in service to others from front desk to group fitness to personal training and offering programs and services in between for members of all ages.

We promote from within and encourage management mentorship to help each individual achieve success, as they define it. May not be a goal to be a General Manager but you can still be the best opening person greeting our guests before the sun is up! You may want to learn new skills and we can help you do that.

Healthtrax University offers workshops in sales and communications skills and fitness and personal training. We subscribe to a service for our group fitness and CPT staff and managers to have online access to learning tools, fitness videos, CPR and other professional certifications and CEC's to stay current in your profession.
