Pilates Instructor Opportunity \| Relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE 🇦🇪

We’re hiring a

female Pilates Instructor

to join our growing team instructors at Ginger Wellness Collectivein Abu Dhabi.

About Us

  • Ginger Wellness Collective delivers premium wellness experiences directly to clients’ homes across Abu Dhabi.
  • Our services include:
  • Pilates
  • Strength training
  • Yoga
  • Mobility coaching
  • Prenatal & postnatal wellness
  • We provide all equipment — mats, weights, music, and aromatherapy — creating a seamless luxury experience for every client.

The Role

  • This is a
  • full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • .
  • You’ll deliver:
  • 1:1 private Pilates sessions
  • Small group classes (maximum 4 clients)
  • You’ll follow pre-designed class plans while bringing your own energy, professionalism, and client care to every session.

Package

  • Salary: AED 10,000-13,000 per month (take home, tax free)
  • Company car available
  • Maximum 30 classes per week (typically around 25)
  • Minimum one full day off weekly

We’re Looking For Someone Who

✔ Holds a

Mat Pilates qualification

✔ Has strong client-facing and communication skills

✔ Understands anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention

✔ Can create a warm, professional, luxury client experience

✔ Is physically fit and comfortable carrying equipment (20–25kg)

✔ Is respectful and culturally aware within the UAE

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Reformer Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Personal Training
  • Pre/Post Natal
  • Nutrition
  • Boxing/Cardio
  • Physiotherapy
  • EMS training
  • A UAE or transferable driving licence is preferred.
