WELLNESS360 is hiring on behalf of a premium women’s Pilates studio in Riyadh.
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and experienced Full-Time Pilates Coach to join a growing boutique wellness brand focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and building a strong community culture.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves coaching, has a strong understanding of movement and client experience, and thrives in a modern boutique fitness environment.
About the Studio
This premium women’s Pilates and wellness studio is focused on creating a stylish, welcoming, and empowering environment where clients feel strong, confident, and connected.
The offering includes Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, wellness experiences, café and retail offerings, and community-driven events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes
- Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming class atmosphere
- Support members throughout their fitness and wellness journey
- Ensure proper technique, safety, and class flow at all times
- Build strong relationships with members and create a community feel within the studio
- Assist with private sessions where required
- Support studio events, activations, and community initiatives
- Maintain studio cleanliness, professionalism, and presentation standards
- Work closely with the reception and management teams to deliver a premium customer experience
- Assist with member retention through exceptional service and coaching
Requirements
- Certified Pilates qualification (Reformer certification required)
- Minimum 2 years experience coaching Pilates classes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, professional, and presentable
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and client experience
- Ability to coach clients of different fitness levels safely and confidently
- English speaking required (Arabic is a bonus)
- Previous boutique fitness or hospitality experience is advantageous
