Role Description
- The Pilates Instructor is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
- The instructor will lead individual and group Pilates sessions, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging workouts aligned with client goals and studio standards.
- Day to day responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing class formats and exercise progressions, demonstrating proper technique, and providing clear instruction and modifications.
- The role involves collaborating with other fitness and wellness professionals, supporting client retention through excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized studio environment.
- The instructor is also expected to participate in ongoing training, contribute to program development, and uphold all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Pilates Instruction, with ability to tailor sessions to different fitness levels and goals.
- Skills in Group Exercise leadership, including class planning, time management, and client engagement.
- Knowledge in Physical Therapy or functional movement principles to promote safe exercise and injury prevention.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with focus on building positive client relationships and handling inquiries professionally.
- Teaching skills, including clear communication, demonstration, and feedback to support client learning.
- Recognized Pilates certification from an accredited organization is preferred.
- Experience working in a fitness, wellness, or rehabilitation environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented setting.
- Basic proficiency in using scheduling or member management software is an advantage.
