You will ideally have:
A recognised Reformer Pilates qualification (e.g. Polestar, APPI, BASI, Studio Pilates, Diploma-level or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse member base
Confidence working with a range of clients — from beginners to those seeking more supported or rehab-informed exercise
A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and client outcomes
A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a growing program
