We’re hiring a
female Pilates Instructor
to join our growing team instructors at Ginger Wellness Collectivein Abu Dhabi.
About Us
- Ginger Wellness Collective delivers premium wellness experiences directly to clients’ homes across Abu Dhabi.
- Our services include:
- Pilates
- Strength training
- Yoga
- Mobility coaching
- Prenatal & postnatal wellness
- We provide all equipment — mats, weights, music, and aromatherapy — creating a seamless luxury experience for every client.
The Role
- This is a
- full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- .
- You’ll deliver:
- 1:1 private Pilates sessions
- Small group classes (maximum 4 clients)
- You’ll follow pre-designed class plans while bringing your own energy, professionalism, and client care to every session.
Package
- Salary:
- AED 10,000-13,000 per month (take home, tax free)
- Company car available
- Maximum 30 classes per week (typically around 25)
- Minimum one full day off weekly
We’re Looking For Someone Who
✔ Holds a
Mat Pilates qualification
✔ Has strong client-facing and communication skills
✔ Understands anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention
✔ Can create a warm, professional, luxury client experience
✔ Is physically fit and comfortable carrying equipment (20–25kg)
✔ Is respectful and culturally aware within the UAE
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Reformer Pilates
- Yoga
- Personal Training
- Pre/Post Natal
- Nutrition
- Boxing/Cardio
- Physiotherapy
- EMS training
- A UAE or transferable driving licence is preferred.
