Job Overview
Under close guidance or supervision, the role completes administrative work and fieldwork support for ad hoc and syndicated market research.
The work supports research assignments conducted by various IQVIA business units.
Essential Functions
- Support end-to-end fieldwork for qualitative and quantitative research assignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors such as agencies, recruiters, and panel providers.
- Track fieldwork progress, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
- Assist with vendor sourcing and management for recruitment and data collection.
- Monitor sample quotas and audience targeting.
- Validate respondent profiles against study criteria.
- Perform basic data checks for completeness, consistency, and quality.
- Update stakeholders, escalate risks and issues, document learnings, and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent basic education is required.
- One to three years of experience in market research, fieldwork operations, or survey execution is required.
- Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative primary research methodologies is required.
- Excel proficiency for tracking and basic data handling is required.
