About the Role
Independent Search Solutions Ltd seeks a Clinical Support Specialist for a Surgical Orthopaedics Division role covering the Cork/Munster territory. The ideal candidate is a Physiotherapist or Scrub Nurse with 2+ years hospital experience who wants to transition into a commercial clinical support role.

Responsibilities
- Provide customers with technical advice and training on safe and effective use of orthopaedic products and surgical techniques
- Engage with existing and new healthcare professionals to develop sales opportunity pipeline
- Maintain up to date records of customer activity on CRM system
- Support development of product and procedure knowledge with sales team through theatre teaching, classroom teaching, or induction training
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years previous clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Full Clean Driving License
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Irish, UK or EU citizenship with no visa restrictions

Position Overview

Duties
- Provide customers with technical advice and training on safe and effective use of products and surgical techniques
- Engage with existing and new HCP to develop robust sales opportunity pipeline
- Maintain up to date records of customer activity on CRM system
- Support development of product and procedure knowledge with sales team
Experience
- 2 5 years experience in hospital based Physiotherapy role
- Specific experience in Ortho Surgical Healthcare a major advantage
- Full Clean Driving License
- Scrub Nursing staff looking to break into Surgical Support also considered

Package
- Full Time / Permanent (Mon Fri)
- Basic salary dependent on experience
- Annual Bonus (10%)
