Role Overview
The role is based in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Nashville Yards primary care facility.
The schedule is days and the position is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, professional development, and staff satisfaction.
- Optimize patient flow and site policies.
- Manage physician scheduling and payroll.
- Collaborate with physician leadership to meet financial goals.
- Support physician compensation system improvements.
- Champion regulatory compliance and coordinate patient care.
- Help ensure clinical services meet high standards of quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalency with two years of cumulative experience and one year of cumulative leadership experience.
- Alternatively, four years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience and one year of cumulative leadership experience.
