The Physical Security Manager will lead physical security strategy and operational programs across offices, stores, warehouses, distribution centers, facilities, project sites, and other critical locations.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop physical security strategy, policies, standards, procedures, controls, governance structures, budgets, and performance objectives.
- Conduct threat, vulnerability, site-security, and risk assessments and maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, corrective actions, and improvement roadmaps.
- Review facility layouts, perimeters, entrances, exits, security zones, loading areas, parking areas, emergency exits, lighting, and surveillance coverage.
- Manage access-control, visitor-management, contractor-access, key-management, and physical credential procedures.
- Manage CCTV, video surveillance, alarms, intrusion detection, panic buttons, duress systems, perimeter detection, and related security technologies.
- Establish requirements for control rooms, security operations centers, guard posts, patrols, monitoring teams, and incident-response functions.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience in physical security, corporate security, security operations, asset protection, loss prevention, facility security, risk management, emergency management, or a related field.
- Experience implementing multi-site or enterprise-wide physical security programs and conducting threat, vulnerability, security audit, and risk assessments.
- Experience developing policies, standards, site-security plans, post orders, emergency procedures, and incident-response protocols.
- Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, video surveillance, alarms, intrusion detection, biometrics, visitor management, perimeter protection, locks, and barriers.
- Experience managing security officers, control-room personnel, guarding companies, consultants, technology providers, and other security service partners.
- Experience managing physical security incidents and applying investigation, evidence preservation, root-cause analysis, corrective-action, and case-management practices.
- Experience coordinating with police, civil defense, emergency services, government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders is required.
- Experience in multinational or complex operating environments such as retail, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, energy, technology, hospitality, or government is advantageous.
