Physical Security Engineering Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory experience
• Minimum of five ( 5 ) years hands-on experience with servers and enterprise network infrastructure with three ( 3 ) years managing projects or teams
• Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) including performance tuning, backup/ recovery and HA
• Strong customer-facing experience , including presenting technical content to non-technical stakeholders and managing clear, timely incident communications
• Demonstrated project management capability, including managing multiple projects while overseeing schedules, risks, scope, and vendor deliverables
• A bility to manage competing priorities in a dynamic , team-oriented environment while developing trusted, collaborative relationships across internal teams, vendors, and executive-level clients

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
• S upervisory experience in construction or operations
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Network certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCDA), security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+), database certifications (Oracle, Microsoft, PostgreSQL) and /or AV certifications (CTS).
• Experience with cloud networking, cloud-hosted databases and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with ITSM/incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and various physical security integration platforms

• Pay range: $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary + 12% bonus potential

• Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
• Vacation time is offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
