- Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL database design and optimization
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
- Knowledge of server environments (Linux/Unix) and deployment workflows
- Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) and background job processing
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a PHP Back End Developer to work on a contract basis implementing and maintaining core backend services for high traffic web applications.
