Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for properties, including interior, exterior, and neighborhood imagery
- Capture high quality visuals, edit photos and videos, and prepare content optimized for online listings, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate shoot schedules, scout locations, organize equipment, and ensure consistent visual branding across all media
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, deliver assets on time, and contribute creative ideas
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in digital photography and videography, including composition, lighting, and camera operation
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
- Ability to plan shoots, manage on site logistics, and adapt to different property types and lighting conditions
- Understanding of real estate or architectural photography is preferred, with an eye for showcasing spaces and details
- Knowledge of content optimization for online listings, social media platforms, and digital marketing materials
- Excellent time management, organization, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with colleagues, clients, and property stakeholders
