Working Conditions
Work within and outside University facilities as required by events.
Willingness to work outside official working hours when needed.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Photograph academic and administrative events, activities, and official meetings inside and outside the University.
- Perform photography and videography work in accordance with professional standards and the approved institutional identity.
- Prepare and maintain photography and videography equipment and ensure readiness for use.
- Edit and process photos and video footage using specialized software.
- Archive and organize visual materials in accordance with the University s approved systems and policies.
- Coordinate with Media Center teams to determine photography requirements and scheduling.
- Contribute to the production of visual content for the University website and social media platforms.
- Adhere to publication policies, intellectual property rights, and information confidentiality.
- Provide creative suggestions to enhance the quality of visual content.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
