Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer cum Photographer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Videographer cum Photographer will play a key role in showcasing our real estate portfolio through high-quality visual content.
This role involves capturing, editing, and delivering professional photos and videos that highlight property features and enhance marketing efforts.
The candidate will work closely with real estate agents and the marketing team to create engaging property listings, social media content, and promotional materials that attract potential buyers and tenants.
Additionally, the candidate will participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional photos and videos of residential and commercial properties
- Edit and produce high-quality video tours, reels, and promotional content
- Operate drones for aerial photography and videography
- Collaborate with agents and marketing team to plan shoots and content strategies
- Ensure proper lighting, angles, and staging for each property shoot
- Manage and organize media files and maintain a content library
- Stay updated with real estate media trends and social media content styles
- Handle basic equipment maintenance and setup
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer/Photographer (preferably in real estate)
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Experience with drone photography is an advantage
- Strong creative skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
