Overview
King’s College Hospital Dubai is seeking a dedicated and qualified Emirati Phlebotomist to join our Allied Health team.
This role is ideal for candidates committed to delivering high‑quality patient care within a reputable healthcare institution.
Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures in accordance with hospital standards
Correctly label, handle, and transport specimens to the laboratory
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times
Adhere to infection control policies, safety standards, and DHA regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams as required
Eligibility & Requirements (Mandatory)
UAE National (Emirati Passport and Family Book required)
Valid DHA License or Eligibility letter as Phlebotomist
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
Willingness and ability to work in Dubai
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
