Hours
- The service operates Monday to Friday.
- The stated schedule is 32 hours per week over four days, from 7am to 4pm.
Salary
- The stated annual salary is £29,378 to £35,548, depending on experience.
What You Will Do
- Provide quality, patient-centred care by listening to and acting on patient feedback.
- Provide safe and secure medicines management while maintaining patient medical records to the agreed standard.
- Follow standard operating procedures and deliver non-judgemental care within professional standards.
- Administer medicines in a timely manner and analyse cost-effective prescribing under the health in justice medicines policy.
- Work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Candidate Requirements
- ACT-qualified Pharmacy Technician with NVQ Level 3 or above, BTEC, or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council and up-to-date continual professional development.
- Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience and general GCSE education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised while following policies and procedures.
- Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment is desirable.
