Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Pharmacy Manager, based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage a team of professionals, ensure proper dispensing of prescriptions, and maintain compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
They will be responsible for inventory management, supervising pharmacy technicians, and coordinating immunization programs.
The role also involves providing professional advice on medication use and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management
- Experience supervising and collaborating with Pharmacy Technicians
- Familiarity with immunization protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
- Ability to adhere to and enforce regulatory and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; a PharmD is a plus
- Valid pharmacist license in Dubai
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
