Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Pharmacy Manager based in Dubai, UAE, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations within the pharmacy, including managing pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, and overseeing the preparation and dispensation of prescriptions.
Responsibilities also include maintaining high standards of pharmacy practice, providing immunization services, and ensuring excellent patient care in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Pharmacy operations, Pharmacy Practice, and managing overall pharmaceutical services
- Knowledge and experience in handling Prescriptions and administering Immunizations
- Proficiency in supervising and working collaboratively with Pharmacy Technicians
- Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Current valid pharmacist license in Dubai
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
