Role Description
This part-time Pharmacy Manager role offers a hybrid work arrangement, based in Dubai with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee pharmacy operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Key responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, managing prescriptions, and providing immunization services as required.
Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager will contribute to maintaining high standards of pharmacy practice while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy operations, including Pharmacy Practice and overall Pharmacy management.
- Proficiency in handling prescriptions and ensuring accurate dispensing of medications.
- Experience supervising Pharmacy Technicians to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
- Certification and experience in providing Immunization services.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Dubai’s healthcare regulations and guidelines is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid pharmacy license in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification recognized in relevant jurisdictions.
