Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Pharmacy Manager based in Dubai.
The successful candidate will oversee pharmacy operations, manage pharmacy technicians, maintain compliance with pharmaceutical practices, ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions, and provide immunization services when needed.
While some responsibilities require on-site presence, there is flexibility for partial remote work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription handling to ensure accurate medication management
- Experience supervising Pharmacy Technicians and maintaining operational efficiency
- Knowledge of immunization protocols and ability to perform immunizations
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- A degree in Pharmacy or a related field and a valid pharmacy license
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and standards within the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to balance hybrid work requirements and adapt to dynamic healthcare needs
