This is a part-time, hybrid Pharmacy Manager role based in Dubai, allowing for a mix of on-site responsibilities and work-from-home flexibility.
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage pharmacy technicians, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide guidance on pharmacy practices.
Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, ensuring accurate prescription dispensing, and offering professional advice on immunization practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and adherence to professional standards
- Knowledge and experience in Prescription handling and best practices
- Understanding of Immunization procedures and their implementation
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of Pharmacy Technicians
- Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure operational efficiency
- Current professional license or certification in Pharmacy
- Experience in a hybrid work environment and ability to adapt to a flexible working model
- Previous experience in managing pharmacy operations is an asset
