About the Role
Mediclinic City Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy services in Dubai. The role requires a B.Pharm degree, UAE pharmacist license, and at least 3 years of management experience including 2 years in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- To lead and monitor the delivery of effective and efficient pharmacy services in line with company and regulatory standards
- To provide strong leadership to the pharmacy team
- To ensure effective and efficient dispensing of medication in line with regulatory requirements and standards
- To ensure effective inventory management practices are implemented, monitored and managed and stock is managed accordingly
- To ensure compliance with related requirements set by the authorities and company to ensure quality and risk mitigation standards are adhered to
- Manage and monitor Pharmacy budget and finances
Requirements
- B. Pharm degree from an accredited institution and licensed as a Pharmacist with the relevant UAE healthcare authority
- At least 3 years management experience in a Pharmacy of which at least 2 years has been in a hospital environment
- Demonstrate a good understanding and application of all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and policies
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical product knowledge
- Patient experience principles and related best practice
- Stock management and control
- Commercial awareness

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

REQUIRED EDUCATION
- A B. Pharm degree from an accredited institution and licensed as a Pharmacist with the relevant UAE healthcare authority
- Master degree from an accredited institution will be an advantage
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years management experience in a Pharmacy of which at least 2 years has been in a hospital environment
