Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician (Warehouse Operations)

Ensure safe and effective processing of prescription and non-prescription medications and devices by properly labeling and packaging products for delivery to individuals via common courier under the direction of the Pharmacist on Duty. Manage inventory by maintaining and organizing stock.

Accurately fill prescriptions and transcribe patient data into pharmacy software to generate labels for placement on product. Prepare product for shipment.

Provide customer service to veterinarians, pet owners, and sales representatives.

Manage filling of paperwork such as invoices and prescriptions.

Complete other duties, assignments and special projects as requested by Pharmacist on Duty.

Must be able to perform job responsibilities in a professional manner, consistent with the needs of our internal and external customers and in accordance with all policies, procedures, and manuals. Maintain a good work ethic while taking intentional steps toward the fiscal health of JAT Pharmacy, LLC.

Frequent use of a telephone – listening and speaking

Windows based computer, tape gun, safety knife, safety equipment, markers, label equipment, packaging materials, telephone, fax and copier.

Work will be performed indoors in a relatively temperature controlled climate where moderate heat, cold or humidity may be experienced. Moderate exposure to dust and dirt may also be expected. Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday. Working more than 40 hours per workweek may be required.
